For these reasons the Gascoyne Region has already attracted major project development.

There is currently unprecedented interest in green hydrogen around the world and the recognition of the role it can play in helping the globe meet the target of net zero emissions by 2050. The Gascoyne has the potential to be a significant global supplier of green hydrogen and through the establishment of the Gascoyne Technology and Innovation Cluster we will be working with key stakeholders in the region to progress this exciting opportunity.
